After a stressful and lengthy day bath with warm water us really relaxing. But many experts prefer to have relaxing detox bath to clean their body.

Try out these amazing detox bath recipe, they are:


Salt – detox bath recipe


Take sea salt – ¼ cup


Epsom salt – ¼ cup


Baking soda – ¼ cup


Apple cider vinegar – 1/3 cup


Any essential oil – 10 drops


Instruction: 


Dissolve baking soda, salt and Epsom salt in boiling water in jar – quart size

Take tub and fill it with hot water and apple cider vinegar. In that tub later add apple cider vinegar.


Add essential oil to the above mixture while using.


For 30 minutes or for longer period soak take bath. You may feel tired and laziness.


This detox is very beneficial as it will make your skin glow, boost magnesium level. It even soothes with skin irritation.


Clay Detox Bath Recipe


Bentonite clay – ½ cup


Epsom salt – ½ cup


Essential oil – optional


Instructions


Take Epsom salt and mix it in a warm water and if required add essential oil of your choice.


Take small amount of water and vigorously mix clay in it until the clumps are smoothly dissolved. Note: you must not use metal for this. I take plastic spoon and a glass jar to mix them. This clay mix should be added to your bath and for 20 minutes let it soak.


This bath recipe is great for removing harmful toxins from your body as clay binds to heavy metal while Epsom salt attracts variety of toxins from our body.


Oxygen Detox Bath Recipe


Take Hydrogen peroxide – 2 cups


Dried ginger powder – tbsp


Instructions


Take warm or hot water and fill it in bath tub and add dried ginger powder and hydrogen powder. For 30 minutes let it soak in water. 


This bath is best for those who are ill as ginger helps to clear alleviate body aches or congestion. Even if you have skin problems like allergy or irritation than 2 times a month bath with this recipe.


Tips:


If you water more powerful detox effect than let water be warmer.


Add few tablespoon of bentonite clay if you have fluoride or chlorine in your water.


One can double or triple the ingredient but it will increase the detox effect.


If you are 1st timer than try this recipe slowly or else it will have any health change.
