Beauty and Fitness Secrets:

Anamika drinks at least 10 glasses of water in a day. This keeps her skin hydrated and provides a natural shine to her face.

Anamika has a fixed daily fitness regime which includes 5kms cycling , crunches, cardio, twisting and fixed-jogging. She starts her day with 1 hour work-out everyday.

She avoids applying heavy makeup every day. 'Try using good quality makeup products for your skin' suggests Anamika.

In her vanity bag, you will find Kara wet wipes, MAC Eye Kohl-Jet Black, Maybelline The Colossal Kajal, Loreal Paris Volume Million Lashes, Loreal Paris Rouge Caresse- Impulsive Fuschia - 202, Lakme Absolute Plump & Shine 3D Gloss (Cherry Shine), Coloressence Lip Liner Pencil (Nude Pink), Loreal Paris True Match Naturale Mineral Foundation , Maybelline Clear Glow BB Cream , Lakme Absolute White Intense Wet and Dry Compact, Pond's Dream flower talc,  and VLCC Alpine Mint & Tea Tree Gentle Refreshing Face Wash. This is in her basic makeup kit. But she avoids applying all of these daily. She only uses face-wash and face creme with light kajal daily.

She is a big Lomani Deodorants addict. Her favorites are Miss Lomani, El Peso, and Do it.

Every weekend Anamika goes for scrubbing and toning session for her skin. She avoids daily use of cleanser and scrub. She believes that it makes skin rough.

Anamika avoids putting anything that has glycerin in it, as she possesses oily skin tone.

Anamika is a big foodie and never compromises with her diet. She loves eating junk food, but not in excesses.


Anamika prefers stairs, instead of taking elevators and escalators.


An apple a day is must, believes Anamika.


Anamika often works till late night for her books and write-ups. So she always takes light dinner. She also keep some light snacks ready for her, in case she feels hungry during work. And yes, Coffee is always her first preference whenever she feels hungry during odd-hours.


'All in all, keep your routine simple and easy. Eat proper food, drink lots of water, do work-out for at least 60 minutes in day, don't use too much makeup every day, and attain positive thinking ... This is all what is required for a healthy, happy and beautiful life' - Says Anamika.
