How Many Calories You Should Eat Per Day For Losing Weight

This means if you reduce 282 calories per day, then you will be able to reduce only 1 pound every 12days or 2 pounds in a month, in the beginning. Slowly as your body weight would decrease, the rate of weight loss of your body would also decrease.

Note: Just walking for half an hour reduces 150 calories.
