Many of have sweet tooth isn’t it? Even many of my dear friends reading this post are diabetic or one of their family members is diabetic. Diabetic is not a big problem as every 5th person is diabetic but it should not be ignored. If ignored, it can even harm many of the organs. Hey don’t be upset. Give your loved one surprise today with traditional sweeteners which is known as paneer kheer. It’s rich in texture and has wonderful flavor.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 6 minutes
Low fat milk: 3 cups
Paneer (cottage cheese): 1 cup grated
Sugar substitute: 3 tsp
Cardamom (Elaichi) powder – ½ tsp
Dry fruits: garnishing
How to make paneer kheer?
Take the milk in a broad non-stick pan and let it cook in a medium flame for around 5 to 6 minutes. Stir it occasionally till it starts boiling.
Switch of the stove and keep it aside and let it cool down completely.
Once milk is cooled, now you can add cardamom powder and sugar substitute and mix it well.
Take grated paneer and mix it well.
For 1 hr refrigerate it.
Now you can serve you chilled paneer kheer to your loved one.
Note: add paneer once milk is completely cool otherwise it will start curdling.
