Mango Butter Cake |
Make this yummy dessert and give surprise to your
family. Mango butter cake’s crust is
made from butter, cake mix, nuts and coconut.
Its filling is made from butter, pineapple and cheese. All these rich

Ingredients
Cake:
Pillsbury cake mix
Pillsbury cake mix
Egg – 1
Melted butter – 1 cup
Mango pulp – 1 cup
Coconut flakes – ½ cup
Chopped Nuts – ½ cups
Filling:
Cream cheese softened – 1 cup
Eggs – 2
Coconut extract – 1 teaspoon
Melted butter – 1 cup
Powdered Sugar – 1 cup
Crushed pineapple – 1 cup
How to make?
Cake:
Preheat your oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit.
In baking dish spray some nonstick cooking spray or butter.
Mix egg, cake mix and butter nicely using blender.
Fold in nuts and coconut.
Pat this mixture at bottom of the dish.
Filling:
Take large bowl and in that beat cream cheese till it get
smooth.
Add coconut extract, eggs and butter till they beat
together.
In this mixture add powdered sugar and mix it nicely.
Take pineapple and fold in.
Nicely spread cake batter and bake for around 40 to 45
minutes.
Do not over bake as cake center need to be little gooey.
Cool your rack before cutting cake into square.
