How to stop unwanted hairs |
We females love to have
thick, dense and beautiful hairs but on our head. It is a fact that we women
hate unwanted hairs on other parts of our body, may it be our legs, arms etc.
Running to a nearby beauty parlor for various temporary hair removal treatments
is now in our monthly beauty regime. But how about, if I share some ways with
you which will reduce or stop the growth of these undesired hairs?
There are plenty of
ways to reduce and stop hair growth. Some of the best ways are as follows:
Laser
Treatment
Laser treatment is for
those who are willing to get permanently rid off the hairs on larger areas like
arms, back and legs. Laser hair removal is amongst the most popular solutions
for unwanted hair removal techniques. This treatment can be quite expensive. It
also needs to be repeated a few times if you want to stop your hair growth. You
will also need to follow a post-treatment skin care routine in which you need
to avoid direct sun-exposure and the use of some creams and lotions to keep
your skin safe and away from any infection or irritation. They may sound too
much to you, but this short-suffering is worth a while. The results are great
and very effective.
Electrolysis
It is also a very
effective way of reducing undesired hair growth. But unlike laser treatment,
this treatment is suitable for treating the smaller areas like facial hairs
etc. this treatment is really simple. It involves electro shocking of every
unwanted hair follicle. This causes it to become weaker and weaker, till the
time it stops producing any more hair. You can stop the growth of those
unwanted hair by repeating this procedure for a few times. This process is
surely worth giving a shot.
Special
Skin Care Products
There are some skin
care products available in the market that will help you to stop hair growth.
Actually, some lotions, serums and creams are enriched with some natural or
chemical ingredients that tend to block the hair regeneration. Usage of these
lotions, serums and creams also make the effects of your plucking, tweezing or
waxing longer lasting. Though these products promise to treat you safely but I
would suggest you to consult a skin-specialist before using any product or go
for a reaction-test before applying that particular lotion or serum on a larger
area of your body.
Diet
Your diet plays a very
important role in the growth of your hair. Do you know that increased intake of
carbs and excessive weight can lead to unwanted and unusual hair growth? It may
sound strange to you but researchers have proved this fact to be true. So, it
is very important that your exercise regularly and eat right in order to avoid
this reaction.
