Books take us to another world... The world of fiction... The world of emotions!! It takes us to all types of places metaphorically.
Books have a power to inspire us and change our lives. However, there are few books that make us giggle while reading. Being a writer, I know how difficult it is to create scenarios which make give a fit of giggle to the readers. For me, it is really a difficult thing.

In this post, I am going to share the 5 funniest books I've read till date.

If you haven't read these books, You MUST read them for a dose of healthy laughter !!

The Comedy of Errors by William Shakespeare

This is by far the best comedy books I have read till date. No book has matched up to its level of comic scenes, puns and word play!!

The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole by Sue Townsend

This another classic comedy and funny novel which you must include in your reading list.

Lucky Jim by Kingsley Amis

Winner of  the Somerset Maugham Award for fiction, Lucky Jim was Kingsley Amis's first novel. It is amongst the top British Classic Books.

The Code of Woosters by P. G. Wodehouse

It is a classic comedy novel which was released in the year 1938. Read it for a high dose of wit and humour.


 The Pickwick Papers by Charles Dickens

If you haven't read The Pickwick Papers (CharlesDickens first novel,) then you have read nothing! It is a classic piece of hilariousness and must read for all book lovers.
